By road
The venue is located on Five Ways Island on the corner of Broad Street and Islington Row Middleway above Five Ways Shopping Centre. Metered parking is available nearby on Tennant Street and St Martins Street. The nearest multi storey car park is on Bishopsgate Street behind the UGC Cinema. There is limited disabled parking available at the venue. Please telephone in advance to arrange. The venue is accessible by wheelchair, and there is a lift to the Tribunal Suite on the 4th floor.
By rail/underground
The venue is a 5 minute walk from Five Ways railway station.
By bus
The nearest bus stops are on Broad Street, Hagley Road and Islington Row Middleway.
Facilities and Accessibility
The venue is accessible to people with restricted mobility as there are no unavoidable steps inhibiting movement. There is lift access to the 4th floor. The venue is accessed by heavy doors and swing doors. The venue is safe for people with restricted vision. In an emergency situation the stairs would have to be used to evacuate the building. Anyone who has difficulties using the stairs may ask for their appeal to be heard at one of our venues located on ground floor level, please ring 0121 634 7200 to discuss.
There is disabled parking available by prior arrangement close to the venue. Where it is not available the disabled person can be dropped off in the car park to use the disabled lift. They can wait for their driver in reception. The person driving can park on the meter or at the car park near the cinema. Car parking on meter is available close to the building in Tennant Street and St Martins Street.
Nearest payphone and restaurant are directly at front entrance of venue.
