By Rail/Underground
A Rail Link Bus Service runs form Chester Rail Station every 5-6 minutes, this service is free when rail tickets are shown and stops at Foregate Street, a 5 minute walk away from the venue. Forgate Street is the road with Marks and Spencer on it. From there get off the bus and veer right, walk towards the Royal Bank of Scotland. Take a left into St John Street. At the end of this road, cross over at the pelican crossing (the Ampitheatre is right ahead) veer left and follow the road round, this will take you to the Chester Civil Justice Centre (you will see Chester Visitor Centre ahead and as you near the CJC the church is on the left hand side). By Bus
The 51 and 53 run to Vicars Lane next to Little St John Street. From the bus stop head towards Chester’s Visitors Centre, and take the first left. Follow this road. The hearing centre will be on your right and is clearly labelled. For further information about bus times, please visit: www.transportdirect.info

Can I bring my Children to the Hearing Centre?
Yes, but please remember that children should not be left unattended at any time. The hearing centre does not have anyone to look after children and our staff cannot supervise them or be held responsible for their safety. In most circumstances you cannot take children into the hearing room with you. They can stay in the waiting room as long as there is another adult with you to look after them.

Special requirements
If you have any special requirements that you have not already notified to the Tribunal, which need to be taken into account so that you can attend the hearing you should contact the office that notified you of your hearing as soon as possible to discuss these.
