By road
Leave Bradford on the A647 Leeds Road. After a mile, turn left at the traffic lights onto Killinghall Road A 6177 signposted Harrogate and Shipley. At the traffic lights at the next major junction, turn right on Leeds Old Road B 6381. Rushton Avenue is the 5th turning on the left after the junction. Phoenix House is on the right hand side.
