By road
The hearing centre is situated on Town Road, Hanley, near Central Forest Park in Stoke on Trent city centre.

From M6 Junction 15: Follow signs for Stoke on Trent A500 and *proceed on the A500 until you see the exit signposted Leek (A53) and City Centre. Take this exit and once on the slip road move into the right hand lane as you approach the traffic lights. Take the fourth exit off the roundabout signposted Leek (A53). Continue over the flyover and go straight on at the roundabout. Turn right onto Waterloo Road at the traffic lights just after the Mercedes garage then at the roundabout take the first exit onto Potteries Way. Take the first left exit off the dual carriageway and the third exit at the roundabout onto Town Road. The hearing centre is the first left exit after joining this road.

From A50: Pass the Britannia Stadium and move into the right hand lane as you approach a roundabout. At the roundabout take the exit signposted Leek, Newcastle, A500 then follow the directions above from*.

By Rail/Underground
The nearest railway station is Stoke-on-Trent. You will need a bus or taxi from the railway station to the hearing centre. Please see below for details.For more information about train times, please visit: www.nationalrail.co.uk.

By Bus
Bus number 41 is the only bus service from the railway station which passes the hearing centre, but services 23, 23A and 25 go to Hanley Bus Station every 10 minutes and the journey takes approximately 10 minutes. The bus station is approximately 15 minutes from the hearing centre on foot. Exit the bus station by stand 22 and turn left into Charles Street. Carry straight on across Old Hall Street to the bottom of Town Road and continue straight on, passing the Potteries Shopping Centre on your left and crossing a road bridge. The hearing centre is on the left, about 150 metres past a silver tree.

Buses 7, 7A, 8, 9, 18, 29, 38 and 41 travel from the bus station to the hearing centre with the nearest stop just past the silver tree. If travelling towards the bus station the nearest stop is Hulton Street. For more information about bus times, please visit: www.transportdirect.info.
